Payments Pro was conceived after seeing the need for a fully HMRC and IR35 compliant service that caters to the public sector and private sector. Our backgrounds in both the law and finance sectors illustrated the problems that were raised due to the introduction of the IR35 legislation and at the time, the lack of compliant services that serviced the legislation.
Since its introduction in April 2017, the volume of workers choosing to work for Umbrella Companies has increased dramatically. This has brought about the appearance of many companies claiming to have a ‘solution’. Not all Umbrella Companies have been honest with their ‘solutions’ using various schemes and misinformation with the aim to bypass IR35.
From the outset our aim was to ensure that all workers are presented with accurate and up to date information in regards to legislation and common practices when working under an umbrella payroll facility.
